Oriental Tuna Bites

Ingredients

1    170g can flaked light tuna, drained
1    egg, lightly beaten
1    green onion, chopped
1    clove garlic, minced
1/2 C cooked rice, cooled*
3    T fine dry bread crumbs
2    tsp soy sauce
1    tsp minced fresh ginger
 

Directions

1.Combine all ingredients.

2. Shape into 1" balls (makes about 12)
3. Place on greased sheet
4. Bake 400*F for 15 - 20 min, until lightly browned
 
35 calories each. Serve with a delicious plum sauce.
 
*Hot rice would cook the egg while been mixed
and we don't want that because the egg would lose it's
binding/glue ability.
